D-65 | Mid-Term Outcomes of PCI in De-Novo Lesions versus In-Stent Restenosis in an Urban Center
Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) with drug eluting stents (DES) has revolutionized the treatment of coronary syndromes. However, in-stent restenosis (ISR) remains a serious complication, with up to 6-8% within 1 year. Furthermore, African Americans (AAs) have been underrepresented in similar observational studies.
