MOVEMENT OPTIMAL MODES ANALYSIS AND SYNTHESIS OF TRACKED VEHICLES LOAD-LIFTING MECHANISMS PART III. THE INFLUENCE OF START-UP MODES ON THE DYNAMIC LOADS OF THE LIFTING MECHANISM ELASTIC ELEMENTS (ROPES)
The main dynamic and kinematic characteristics of tracked vehicles load-lifting mechanisms optimal start-up modes are established in the work which are based on the minimization during the second, third and fourth order acceleration transient regime. Specified criteria physical content is reduced to the optimization (minimization) of the specific (per unit of load mass) inertial force and its time derivatives (first and second order). In addition, the solutions of the corresponding Euler-Poisson equations (the fourth, sixth and eighth orders in time ) for the cargo movement coordinate are sought in the class of spline functions over time of the third, fifth and seventh orders, and the unknown coefficients of the specified spline functions are found from the corresponding physically justified conditions (i.e. terminal). The start-up mode is also considered, which is based on the satisfaction of the movement smoothness condition for this movement speed and acceleration change in time law. Using the latter makes it possible to establish an analytical relationship between the initial acceleration of the created movement and its speed after the end of the start-up process and the “load-rope-drive” system exit to the established movement mode at a constant speed.
