DEVELOPMENT OF INTEGRATION MODELS FOR OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT IN MULTIPROJECT ENVIRONMENTS

The article explores the evolution of operational systems in construction projects within the framework of an integrative approach to construction development, focusing on organizational and technological aspects of multiproject activities of construction enterprise stakeholders. Modern management methods for construction projects are examined, including the use of digital collaboration platforms, innovative approaches to optimizing operational systems in the context of stakeholder integration, building information modeling (BIM), Smart Construction concepts, and flexible management methodologies such as Lean and Agile. Emphasis is placed on the application of digital tools that ensure effective coordination among project participants, reduce errors, and enhance process transparency. Practical examples of these approaches' implementation are described, including major construction projects such as Hudson Yards in New York, Crossrail in London, Sydney Opera House, and One World Trade Center. The use of BIM, in particular, improved project lifecycle management, reduced costs, and accelerated implementation. The article also examines smart cities like Songdo International Business District and Masdar City as examples of integrating IoT, artificial intelligence, and big data for efficient resource and infrastructure management. Flexible methodologies such as Lean are illustrated in projects like Sutter Health Eden Medical Center and Heathrow Terminal 5, where they contributed to reducing costs and construction time. A significant focus is on the use of OLAP tools for data analysis and integration with ERP and CRM systems. OLAP provides multidimensional real-time data analysis, automated reporting, KPI monitoring, and resource optimization. These tools significantly improve transparency in management processes, creating a centralized information environment. The findings highlight the importance of innovative approaches for stakeholder integration, resource optimization, and enhanced efficiency in construction projects. Implementing these solutions is essential for adapting to contemporary challenges in construction development.
