RELEVANCE AND PROBLEMS OF RESEARCHING THE PROCESSES OF ARCHITECTURAL ACTIVITY
The article examines pressing issues related to architectural processes in the context of contemporary challenges. It highlights the necessity of optimizing management approaches and defining the boundaries of architectural activity, considering the impact of advanced technologies, market demands, and the challenges of post-war reconstruction. The study proposes methodological frameworks for systematizing architectural processes, integrating modern management tools such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), and adapting to change, particularly through the engagement of multidisciplinary teams. The article identifies key challenges faced by the profession, including the integration of cutting-edge technologies like BIM and artificial intelligence, the shifting role of architects as coordinators of complex, interdisciplinary projects, and the economic and social demands of post-war recovery. Special attention is paid to rapid adaptation required to address global and regional crises. The lack of detailed procedural frameworks in Ukrainian legislation governing architectural activities is highlighted as a significant limitation. This gap underscores the urgency of creating standardized guidelines to ensure effective management of architectural processes and clarify roles among project participants. The findings emphasize the importance of harmonious interaction among all stakeholders, fostering efficiency in project delivery and supporting the sustainable development of the architectural sector. This research contributes to addressing the challenges posed by the technological evolution of architecture and offers solutions for the efficient management of architectural activities in a rapidly changing world.
