F-115 | Aspiration of Left-Atrial Masses Using the Large Bore Manual Aspiration System: The Aspirate La Procedure
Transcatheter mass extraction for left-sided cardiac masses is an emerging approach, with limited data on the efficacy and safety of different devices. Commonly used systems include the AngioVac and Penumbra systems. This report presents the first case series utilizing the AlphaVac, a large-bore manual aspiration device, for left-sided intracardiac masses.
