MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHY AS A COMPONENT OF LEGAL EDUCATION
Management as a complex mechanism of functioning, changes and unity of social forces requires the subject of management to possess the basics of management theory, knowledge of the conditions of existence, properties, trends, and nature of the movement of the object managed by him, and acquires the character of such activity, which theoretically should be ahead of socio-historical practice, comply with the laws of the objective world, taking into account the fact that social programs and ideals created by people can lead not only to positive, but also to negative consequences if they contradict the objective laws of nature and society, the needs and interests of people. The philosophy of management as a type of intellectual activity originated in Greece at the end of the 7th century BC and remains relevant to this day. Therefore, such philosophical and sociological concepts as "management", "organization", "power" and others are universal, which in each historical era, in one or another state system of society, on the one hand, retain classical boundaries and features, and on the other, are filled and enriched with new content that reflects the peculiarities of one or another historical era. The centuries-old history of philosophy and sociology is a clear confirmation of the dynamics of the development of these fundamental social phenomena.
