DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF ADMINISTRATION PROCESSES IN CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT: ECONOMIC AND ANALYTICAL APPROACH TO MULTI-PROJECT ENTERPRISE ACTIVITIES

The article examines the economic and analytical foundations of the digital transformation of administration processes in construction enterprises in the context of multi-project activities. Key aspects of business process modernization aimed at improving the efficiency of project portfolio management, integrating digital technologies, and enhancing the resilience of enterprises to modern market challenges are explored. Emphasis is placed on the use of digital tools such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, the Internet of Things (IoT), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize business processes and improve decision-making mechanisms. The role of a process-based approach that integrates operational, project, and strategic management levels into a unified multi-level system is identified. This integration aligns stakeholder activities, accelerates project implementation, and creates a synergistic effect within the multi-project environment. The significance of an ecosystem-based approach, which relies on creating a digital space for data exchange and ensuring transparency in management processes, is emphasized. Structural and methodological aspects of forming the economic and analytical base, including multi-level interaction models that consider economic, technological, and organizational factors, are analyzed. The importance of innovative culture and personnel competencies in supporting transformational changes is highlighted. As a result of the study, recommendations are formulated for integrating digital technologies into the administration of construction enterprises, focusing on the adaptability of business processes, expanding multi-project management capabilities, and ensuring enterprise competitiveness in a dynamic environment.
