PROCESS-ORIENTED ADMINISTRATION OF THE LIFECYCLE OF DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISES

The article explores the specifics of lifecycle administration for development projects based on a process-oriented approach and the digital maturity of construction enterprises. The focus is on integrating all project participants into a unified ecosystem through the application of modern digital solutions, such as BIM technologies, IoT, ERP systems, and intelligent management platforms. The process-oriented approach allows structuring the project lifecycle into interconnected business processes, enhancing the efficiency of coordination and control in achieving strategic goals. Significant attention is given to analyzing the impact of digital maturity on the implementation of development projects, particularly its role in adapting to market changes, increasing competitiveness, and ensuring sustainable enterprise development. At the same time, key unresolved issues hindering the full-scale adoption of digital and process approaches are identified, including challenges of participant integration, insufficient digital competencies of personnel, the cost of technologies, cybersecurity risks, and the lack of universal methodologies for evaluating the outcomes of digital transformation. The developed economic-mathematical models for formalizing digital maturity enable a quantitative assessment of an enterprise's digitalization level, forecasting the impact of digital technologies on economic efficiency, and identifying key parameters for improving the management of construction projects. These models consider both technological and organizational aspects, making them versatile for application under various conditions. The results of the study provide a scientific and practical foundation for developing new management solutions and technological approaches aimed at optimizing the lifecycle of construction projects. The research is directed toward further improving management ecosystems for construction projects through the synergy of process-oriented strategies and digital tools that enable integrated solutions to economic, technical, and environmental tasks by construction enterprises.
