The article conducts research on the importance of stakeholder management in construction projects.It is determined that the more stakeholders an enterprise can manage, the fewer negative consequences interaction with them can cause during project implementation.The main directions of stakeholder engagement to improve the quality and efficiency of construction enterprises are identified.
