دور إنتربول وتشریعات الدول العربیة في مکافحة"الذئاب المنفردة" المتعلقة بالإرهاب
Despite all the efforts made, the international community has become, in the past few years, a target for campaigns to recruit terrorist elements through websites, taking advantage of the development in modern technology, where terrorist organizations rely on systematic methods of electronic recruitment, the most important of which are the two methods of enticement and incitement, as terrorist organizations have become an addition to the new method "A new generation of terrorists" who carry out terrorist operations without leadership and without having any association with terrorist organizations, in addition to the absence of operational link with them, even with the person carrying out the terrorist operation via Internet communication, contacting others in person, or he was fond of a terrorist organization, or he was finding He himself was active in it, so as long as there was no participation of the terrorist organization during the stages of logistical support, preparation or planning, the attack will be classified as a "lone wolf attack", and based on the foregoing, we find that despite the loss of the so-called "Islamic State" the lands it seized It is against it in Iraq and Syria, and it has launched blows to the organizational depth of its administration, but it still poses a threat to security at the regional and international levels. This study relied on the descriptive and analytical method and reached several results, including that most lone wolf agents are recruited from Salafist schools in Europe or those who obtained political asylum, and recently, people are also recruited through the Internet. Artificial intelligence makes this absorption more accurate. Most of the recruits have European citizenship, but they are second and third generation immigrants who are generally victims of discrimination and sometimes suffer from mental disorders. However, the spread of "lone wolves" has nothing to do with religious extremism, nor due to the serious psychological trauma of war-torn nations. Any person, for any real or imaginary reason, who feels intolerably that he has grossly and systematically violated basic human rights has grounds to commit a "lone wolf" terrorist crime.
