Research on the Method for Formulating Power Spectral Density of Fuel Cell Vehicle Air Compressor Bench Based on Operating Scenarios
In order to obtain a load spectrum of fuel cell vehicle air compressors that is highly correlated with the actual usage scenarios of users throughout the entire lifecycle, this paper defines, classifies, and weight statistics the actual usage scenarios and conditions of users based on big data analysis of fuel cell vehicle operating conditions, and extracts key data information. The main technical route of the research includes the following steps: Firstly, road load data collection is carried out in various typical road driving scenarios and working conditions to obtain the excitation signals of fuel cell vehicle air compressors in different working conditions and scenarios, thereby forming statistically representative load samples. Subsequently, based on the weight information provided by the big data analysis of operating conditions, the load spectra of each operating condition and scenario are weighted and superimposed. By calculating the load spectrum, the fatigue damage spectrum (FDS) and corresponding power spectral density (PSD) of the air compressor are finally obtained, providing important basis for subsequent research and application.
