Intelligent Simulation and Measurement of Dielectric Constant of Alumina in Terahertz Band
As key parameters for calculating dielectric constant, including transverse and longitudinal phonon vibration frequency, loss factor, and high-frequency dielectric constant, this paper uses two methods, intelligent algorithm and first principles calculation, to calculate four parameters of alpha alumina at 300K, and compares and analyzes them with the measurement results of Fourier time-domain spectrometer (parameters, dielectric constant, and reflectivity). The comparison results show that both methods are in good agreement with the experimental results, but the accuracy of the intelligent algorithm is higher.
