Research on Prevention and Management of Crew Errors in Aircraft Cockpit Design
This research focuses on the prevention and management of crew errors in aircraft cockpit design. Crew errors pose a significant safety challenge in the aviation industry. Therefore, the motivation behind this study is to propose a comprehensive approach to reduce the occurrence of such errors and effectively address crew error incidents that have already occurred. First, the background introduces the impact of crew errors on flight safety, emphasizing their critical role in air traffic management and flight operations. Furthermore, the potential risks and safety hazards associated with crew errors are discussed in detail. The main objective of this study is to identify various types of crew errors and their potential consequences and provide corresponding prevention and management strategies. To achieve this, we conducted an extensive literature review, covering various aspects such as crew error cases, pilot training, and design improvements. The key contribution of this paper lies in providing a systematic approach to prevent and manage crew errors. We not only focus on improvements in human factors engineering and training but also explore the potential of new technologies and design innovations to enhance the performance and safety of pilots and crew members.
