Effect of Temperature of Additively Manufactured Cores
Staying updated on emerging technologies with the potential to revolutionize industries is essential. Additive manufacturing offers a promising alternative to traditional methods. This technique allows for the three-dimensional printing of various metals, replicating complex structures with maintained integrity. Despite its widespread adoption, additive manufacturing's application in electrical machines remains relatively unexplored. To harness its potential in constructing electrical machines, specialized alloys like electrical steel are used to mitigate performance-limiting factors such as hysteresis losses. Controlling the silicon percentage in electrical steel is critical for defining its magnetic properties.
