OR1-16 | Long-term Durability of Melody Valves Implanted In Small (<30kg) Patients
Transcatheter pulmonary valve replacement (TPVR) is an acceptable and now standard tool in the management of right ventricular outflow tract dysfunction. Small multi-center studies have showed that TPVR can be performed with good procedural and early hemodynamic results in patients <30 kg. Little is known about longer-term outcomes after TPVR in small patients.
