In the context of an ever-evolving education system, Guru Penggerak is expected to create an inclusive and adaptive learning environment that not only considers students' diverse characteristics but also enhances their social and emotional skills. This study employs a qualitative approach by collecting data from various sources, including academic journals and research reports, to analyze the supporting factors and challenges faced by Guru Penggerak in practice. The findings indicate that the successful implementation of differentiated learning strategies highly depends on teachers' competencies in understanding students' needs and their ability to foster positive social interactions in the classroom. Data shows that 70% of students feel more motivated to learn when teachers use approaches that align with their learning styles. Furthermore, the development of social-emotional competencies has been proven to improve students' overall well-being.
