Microstructural Evolution and Mechanical Characterization of Cold Spray Additively Manufactured Copper: A Story of Heat Treatment
Abstract This study focuses on the deposition and post-processing behavior of commercially pure copper produced using cold spray additive manufacturing (CSAM) with compressed air. By evaluating the microstructural evolution and mechanical performance of as-deposited and heat-treated copper samples, this work aims to provide insights into optimizing CSAM processes for industrial applications.
