Application of Artificial Intelligence in the Cultivation of Non-Technical Competencies in Engineering Management Majors

With the increasing complexity and diversity in the field of engineering management, non-technical competencies such as communication, teamwork, and critical thinking are becoming increasingly important in engineering management. At the same time, the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology provides new opportunities for the cultivation of non-technical competencies. This paper discusses the application of AI in the cultivation of non-technical competencies in engineering management majors, citing relevant cases and analyzing in detail how AI can help students effectively cultivate non-technical competence through personalized learning platforms, virtual teamwork, situational simulation, and real-time feedback, thus helping colleges and universities cultivate composite talents to meet the needs of modern engineering management.
