This article aims to explore the innovative paths of innovation and entrepreneurship education models in universities in the context of the digital age and their impact on teachers' innovative teaching abilities. By comprehensively utilizing literature analysis, case studies, and comparative research methods, an innovation and entrepreneurship education model based on the IPF model was constructed to explore new digital teaching models and methods, and to establish an evaluation system for teachers' innovation and entrepreneurship education teaching abilities. The research results indicate that this educational model can effectively enhance students' innovation and entrepreneurship literacy, strengthen teachers' teaching abilities, and promote educational reform. This provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities, and has important theoretical and practical value in promoting the improvement of higher education quality.
