Challenges and Countermeasures in Cultivating Financial Talent in Vocational Colleges under the Impact of Financial Robots: A Study Using SPSS Regression Analysis

The widespread use of financial robots has significantly reduced the availability of financial accounting positions. This help increase the professionalism of finance professionals. Based on this, we propose some coping strategies for higher education institutions to deal with the impact of financial robots on the finance job market. Our strategies use SPSS for data processing and regression analysis, and bar and line graphs to analyse various metrics. Analysis of publicly available datasets shows that the number of applicants for accountancy qualifications will fall by 28.9% between 2020 and 2024. But the job matching rate for vocational school graduates will fall from 30.9% in 2015 to 16.5% in 2024. These findings suggests that there is an urgent need for higher education institutions to review their recruitment strategies. It is also urgent to improve their talent development programmes and implement educational reforms and strengthen university-enterprise collaboration.
