Ethical and deontological features of the work of a nurse in the gynecological department

The article presents a modern view on the ethical and deontological principles of interaction in the work of mid-level medical personnel in the gynecological department. Today, humanistic medicine is gaining more and more ground, where open communication, mutual respect and emotional interaction between a medical worker and a patient are given an important place in the treatment process. The importance of ethical education of mid-level medical workers and their knowledge of deontological approaches to communication with patients is of no small importance.
