The opinion of the nursing staff on the existing control system in the maternity hospital was analyzed; the level of quality of medical care in the maternity hospital was determined; the work of the heads of the nursing service of the maternity hospital was analyzed. Conclusion. Qualitative information obtained during the control allows to direct the work of all employees to achieve the set goals.
