Comparison of clinical efficacy and radiological findings of interspinous dynamic stabilization system versus unilateral biportal endoscopy for lumbar spinal stenosis: a retrospective cohort study
Both IDSS and UBE can effectively alleviate pain and improve quality of life in patients with LSS, achieving satisfactory clinical outcomes. Compared to IDSS, UBE is associated with minimized tissue trauma, fewer surgical complications and better preservation of SROM. These advantages position UBE as the preferentially recommended surgical approach for LSS.
