It also reviews the rules and ethical guidelines that are currently in place, discussing how well they work to keep the financial industry honest and responsible. In the end, the paper calls for a stronger focus on ethics in finance—encouraging businesses and institutions to think beyond short-term profits and work toward long-term trust and sustainability.
