Research on Real-time Data Acquisition and Monitoring Technology in Mechatronic Systems

This study focuses on real-time data acquisition and monitoring technology in mechatronic systems, aiming to efficiently and accurately collect and process temperature and pressure data in the system, and to achieve real-time monitoring of the system status by designing a reasonable monitoring system architecture. This paper establishes a reliable data acquisition system by applying temperature sensors and pressure sensors, combining data acquisition modules and RS-232 transmission methods. In terms of data processing, the moving average method is used to smooth the collected data, effectively removing noise and outliers, and ensuring the accuracy of the data. Through reasonable system architecture design, efficient transmission of data from collection to processing and then to display is ensured. Through statistical analysis of the collected data, the stability and reliability of the system under different working conditions are verified. The main conclusions show that both temperature and pressure data show periodic fluctuations, which are in line with the expected working state of the system. The distribution histogram and box plot of the data show that the temperature and pressure data are roughly normally distributed, and there are no significant outliers. These findings not only realize real-time monitoring of mechatronic systems, but also provide important technical references for further system optimization.
