Exploring Tourism Demand: An Analytical Model for Predicting Travel Patterns
Tourism in India has grown exponentially in the past few years. India has seen a significant rise in the demand for tourism. This could be a result of rising incomes or a change of mindset. In India, where there's massive potential due to its cultural heritage, diverse attractions, and beautiful landscapes, predicting travel patterns is extremely important for resource management and planning. This research paper presents an analytical model crafted to forecast tourism demand by examining key variables. With the help of past data and predictive analysis, the proposed model seeks to shed light on new patterns and variations in tourism demand. To improve the accuracy of the forecasts and get a deeper understanding of travel behavior, the study uses machine learning techniques. Additionally, the research tackles obstacles including global events such as the COVID-19 pandemic and climate-related disturbances on travel demand. The insights obtained from this research will help policymakers, tourism operators, and other stakeholders make better decisions to improve resource allocation, marketing strategies, and overall tourist demand. This paper contributes to the knowledge of tourism forecasting and supports the sustainable growth of the country's tourism industry.
