Examsecured: Steganographic Integrity for Question Papers
Ensuring the confidentiality of question papers is paramount in academics. After the question papers are prepared by the setters, they are sent to higher authorized member to check for any mistakes. However, in this process, there is a possibility of questions leaking. This paper suggests an innovative solution by using image steganography to hide the question papers. After the setters create the questions, the documents are secretly embedded within normal-looking images. These steganographically altered images are then securely sent to the most experienced senior faculty for review. Only the authorized recipient has the means to extract and reveal the hidden question paper using a specific key or method. In case of unauthorized access, any other observer would see a harmless alternative image, reducing the risk of potential leaks. This approach significantly strengthens the confidentiality of question papers, providing a robust solution to enhance the integrity of academic examinations.
