THE CULTURAL HERITAGE OF THE PALESTINIAN THINKER KHALIL AL-SAKAKINI "ANALYTICAL STUDY"

This paper dealt with the cultural legacy of the Palestinian thinker Khalil Sakakini.The problem of the study was to search for the intellectual and educational impact of Sakakini's ideas, beliefs, and works on Palestinian culture, and to demonstrate the extent of novelty and modernity in comparison with modern educational theories.Determine the impact of this heritage on modern Palestinian culture, disseminate this heritage and protect it from loss.The study followed the descriptive and analytical approach, and concluded that Khalil Sakakini had pioneering educational thought that preceded modern Western educational theories, and that his thought had a great influence on Palestinian culture.The study recommended the necessity of conducting more research and in-depth studies into the cultural legacy of Khalil Sakakini, and comparing the educational opinions he called for with the educational theories advocated by schools of education and psychology in the twentieth century.It also recommended rehabilitating this distinguished personality and other personalities who represent our cultural heritage through academic research and studies.
