The activities carried out by private security and military companies in global conflict zones have drawn the attention of researchers and critics to the role that these companies play in achieving the goals of the countries contracting with the, especially since these countries are changing their measures according to the established strategies,these countries saw no harm in increasingly resorting to recruiting these companies to achieve their interests instead of their regular forces .The current research article aims to reveal the motives and features of the use of private military companies to achieve the goals of states, and to know the basis for evaluating the motives and characteristics that led to the recruitment of private military companies for external purposes, specifically geopolitical purposes.The article was concerned with the geopolitical dimension of Russia for the years (2014-2023), as it paid The novelty of the research topic and its importance to researching the issue of assigning Russian private security and military companies to achieve Russia's foreign and security policy.The qualitative research method was chosen to achieve this goal, as the case of the private Wagner company was analyzed, and its activities in multiple regions of the world (Syria, Ukraine, Africa, and Venezuela) were selected .
