ETIOPATHOGENETIC MECHANISMS OF RECURRENT TONSILLITIS DEVELOPMENT IN CHILDREN IN ORGANIZED GROUPS
The article investigates the etiopathogenetic mechanisms of recurrent tonsillitis development in children attending organized groups. Based on a comprehensive analysis of scientific literature and survey results from 83 respondents, it was found that a significant proportion of children (62.9%) attend educational institutions with residual disease symptoms, and 17.1% with significant signs of illness. High density of children's groups (54.1% of groups consist of 15-20 children, 21.6% - more than 20 children) creates favorable conditions for pathogen circulation. A high frequency of disease recurrence was detected: 41.3% of children experience tonsillitis 2-4 times a year, 6.5% - more than four times. Insufficient attention to preventive measures (only 60.5% of children undergo annual preventive examinations) combined with non-compliance with quarantine measures leads to the formation of a stable infection focus in children's groups. A comprehensive approach to organizing preventive measures is proposed, including strengthening medical control, reorganizing the educational process, and implementing sanitary and hygienic measures.
