Implementation of the International Law Norms on Customs Transit in the Legal System of the Kyrgyz Republic
This article examines the implementation mechanisms and the degree of implementation of international transit agreements in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and Kyrgyz Republic laws. The stages and features of such implementation have also been characterised. The degree of implementation of international agreements and conventions adopted within the framework of the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the World Customs Organization (WCO) into EAEU law, as well as other agreements, is analysed. The legal foundations of implementing international law norms into the Kyrgyz Republic law are considered, as are the features of the implementation of the EAEU law norms into Kyrgyz Republic law. The imperfections of Kyrgyz Republic law in determining the place of international treaties in the system of normative legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic have been identified, and recommendations for improvement have been proposed.
