Analisis Spasio-Temporal Pengaruh Kepadatan Bangunan Terhadap Suhu Permukaan Tanah (SPT) Di Kota Kendari
The number of people in Kendari City is increasing every year. This has an impact on the increasing need for land for development. The land area tends to be fixed, but an increase in the number of buildings leads to an increase in building density and subsequently increases the land surface temperature. (LST). This study aims to: (1) analyze the level of building density in Kendari City in 2014 and 2023; (2) analyze the effect of building density on ground surface temperature in Kendari City in 2014 and 2023. The data used in this study are Landsat 8 OLI/TIRS images in 2014 and 2023. The data analysis methods are Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), Normalized Difference Built-Up Index (NDBI) and Land Surface Termperature (LST). The results of this study show that: (1) the density of high-rise buildings in Kendari City in 2014 with an area of 26,737 ha2 is dominant in Abeli District and in 2023 with an area of 27,018 ha2 dominant in Baruga District. LST (High) in Kendari City in 2014 was dominant in Kadia District and in 2023 was dominant in Baruga District. (2) The correlation results of vegetation density (NDVI) and CSI in 2014 were 0.22 (weak) and in 2023 were 0.23 (weak). The correlation between NDBI and LST in 2014 is 0.36 (weak) and Tofu 2023 is 0.38 (weak).
