Legal Policy In The Legal System, Concept, Implementation and Challenges

Legal policy is an instrument used by the state in regulating society through applicable legal norms. This article discusses the concept of legal policy, its implementation in the legal system, and the challenges faced in its implementation. With a normative approach and analysis of legal documents, this study finds that legal policies play a central role in creating order and justice in society. However, challenges in implementation, such as regulatory inconsistencies and weak law enforcement, are the main obstacles. Therefore, it is necessary to reform legal policies that are adaptive and responsive to social dynamics.
