Mutational status of RAS, SMAD4 and APC predicts survival after resection of colorectal liver metastases in Chinese patients: prognostic stratification based on genetic sequencing data of multiple somatic genes
In Chinese patients, the mutational status of RAS, SMAD4, and APC was significantly associated with survival after CRLM resection. The three-gene scoring system provided information on prognostic stratification for survival, which can be used to improve precision surgery for CRLM.
