Communication and Open Educational Resources in Non-formal Context
In recent years, the Romanian society and, equally, the international society has gone through an extremely complex period due to the many challenges it had to face. Among these could be mentioned: the COVID19 pandemic, the current energy crisis, the war in Ukraine, etc. Education was one of the areas most affected by the transformations of recent years, and the signal that the school sent to the community was an important landmark in developing its members' capacity for resilience. But in order to become models for other members of the community, teachers should themselves become open value benchmarks for those around them, both from the point of view of pedagogical conduct and specialized, methodical and psychopedagogical skills. From this second point of view, teachers should themselves become sources of knowledge for their students by promoting authentic scientific and pedagogical values and preventing the spread of erroneous information. These are just a few reasons why in this material we propose to analyze the status of the teaching staff as the most important open educational and knowledge resource, respectively to promote part of the most important fields of knowledge accessible to all and which can be valued through by non-formal education.
