Staffing of the company through the prism of behavior models of interaction participants (review of the online course by A.V. Shmakov "Psychophysiological models of consumer behavior")

The methods and tools for forming the personnel of companies are undergoing a transformation stage, so it is important to substantiate new significant predictors for building long-term and effective labor relations. The implementation of the "staffing" process, designed from the standpoint of rationality, does not always allow achieving the expected results. Participants in labor relations make decisions that cannot be logically and consciously interpreted. The limitations of the implementation of staffing, manifested through the influence of psychophysiological models of behavior of participants in labor relations, are highlighted. The article is prepared as a review of the educational course "Psychophysiological models of consumer behavior" from the standpoint of an HR specialist trying to understand how psychophysiological characteristics affect the adoption of management decisions by labor subjects regarding the duration and effectiveness of interaction.
