MANAGEMENT SUPPORT MODEL FOR THE ALLOCATION OF THE TOTAL WORKING TIME OF THE STATE FIRE SUPERVISION STAFF

The article considers the model of management support in the distribution of the total fund of working time of employees of state fire supervision bodies. The proposed mathematical model is based on the methods of linear programming, allows to optimize the distribution of working time taking into account seasonal changes in priorities and individual characteristics of employees. The model takes into account such factors as the number and complexity of tasks, prioritization of activities, as well as productivity of employees. The practical significance of the model lies in improving the efficiency of working time utilization and the possibility of automating the planning process. The results of the study can be used to improve the organizational system of the state fire supervision and improve the quality of its tasks.
