Violation of the rules for handling microbiological or other biological agents or toxins as preparation for another crime or attempt at it

The article is devoted to the consideration of issues of prior criminal activity and responsibility for its commission, as well as responsibility for the crime provided for in Article 326 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine «Violation of the rules for handling microbiological or other biological agents or toxins». The author defines the features of these microbiological or other biological agents or toxins and addresses the issue of which crimes a violation of these rules may be a preparation or attempt. In the process of research, the author determines the need to clearly establish the purpose of the subject (subjects) of the act for the correct qualification of the perpetrator.
