Research on the automated process of three-dimensional modeling of substation assisted by artificial intelligence and its accuracy improvement

Aiming at the current status quo of substation 3D modeling technology with low automation degree and insufficient accuracy, this study innovatively integrates artificial intelligence technology to create a new set of substation 3D modeling automation process. The process covers data acquisition and preprocessing, automated modeling algorithm, model optimization and correction, and model post-processing, which realizes the accurate construction of substation 3D models. Experimental results show that the method proposed in this study significantly outperforms the traditional modeling method in terms of root mean square error and average absolute error indexes, which significantly improves the modeling efficiency and accuracy, and provides a key technical support for the digital transformation of power systems. At the same time, this study also deeply explores the application prospects of artificial intelligence in 3D modeling of substations, providing a new perspective and means for substation design, construction, operation and maintenance. The validation of actual engineering cases confirms the effectiveness and practicality of this method and opens up a new path for the digital transformation of the power industry.
