Field programmable gate array-based data processing and early warning system design

In order to achieve the purpose of physical monitoring for athletes, the elderly and other groups, data transmission uses Bluetooth to achieve wireless, short-distance and fast transmission, and the received waveform is displayed on the VGA(Video Graphic Array)screen for easy viewing. If the set threshold is exceeded, an alarm will be issued to remind the user. This design can be used for heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring of athletes. The main work of this article is reflected in the following aspects: First, the Bluetooth communication is realized, and the data of the host computer is received through the Bluetooth module. The Bluetooth module uses HC06 and follows the UART(universal asynchronous receiver/transmitter) protocol. Secondly, the threshold is set. If the peak-to-peak value of the value or waveform exceeds the threshold, an early warning will be sent to the host computer via Bluetooth, and the LED(Light Emitting Diode) light will change from normal (breathing light flowing water) to three LEDs always on. Finally, the display of waveforms and data. The article studies the waveform display and character display of VGA. The data received through the UART protocol is stored in RAM(Random Access Memory) and displayed on the VGA screen after reading. Finally, through the test of the system, if the results show that the system can receive data, it will be displayed correctly; if the data is not within the threshold range, an early warning will be sent. This research is of great application value.
