Taxonomy: a knowledge management tool in the organization of the political pedagogical project
Taxonomy is a Kknowledge Management tool that plays a direct role in the information retrieval process, facilitating the systematization and identification of processes and routines within organizations. In the context of School Management, it contributes to improved response times, enhances assertiveness in decision-making, and reduces the duplication of efforts. This article aims to propose the systematization of information from the Political Pedagogical Project (PPP) of a school organization through the development of taxonomy. To achieve this, a documentary research of an applied nature was conducted, employing a qualitative approach with exploratory objectives. The taxonomy was constructed following the methodology proposed by Vital and Café. The results present the taxonomy of the PPP of the school under study, highlighting the classification and retrieval of knowledge as a tool to support School Management.
