A novel theoretical approach to dark matter supported Casimir wormhole
This work investigates the unique interplay between the Casimir effect and the Navarro-Frenk-White (NFW) dark matter profile on wormhole geometry within the framework of general relativity. We begin with a theoretical formulation of wormhole geometry and general relativity, followed by an examination of the impact of the Casimir effect on wormhole solutions. We then detail the application of the NFW profile in conjunction with the Casimir wormhole, exploring how the Casimir energy density interacts with various models of dark matter distribution. Additionally, we analyze the energy conditions and stability of wormhole for the NFW profile using specific shape and redshift functions. Our findings aim to enhance the understanding of how these two fundamental concepts influence the structure and properties of traversable wormholes, potentially providing new insights into their formation and stability.
