Regulation of the procedure for the transformation of business organizations in the light of the adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to EU company law

The article considers the issues of adapting Ukrainian legislation in accordance with EU law on regulating the procedure for the transformation of economic organizations. A legal analysis of separate acts of Ukrainian legislation and EU law is carried out, scientific approaches to the areas of improving legislation on the transformation of economic organizations are considered, in particular, regarding common qualifying features of organizational and legal forms in Ukraine and the EU.
