Research on the selection of supply chain partners and the integration of upstream and downstream resources of tire enterprises

With the progress of the times, traditional manufacturing enterprises' supply chains are facing issues related to resource integration and digital transformation. This paper employs the PEST tool to deeply analyze the political, economic, social, and technological environments faced by the tire industry. It also constructs an evaluation system for supply chain partners based on the analytic hierarchy process. This system includes five first-level indicators and second-level indicators such as enterprise strength, brand awareness, product quality, cost control ability, and risk control ability, providing a quantitative basis for partner selection and evaluation. Furthermore, by combining the SSCF strategy with modern technologies such as blockchain, machine learning, and digital CRM, this paper discusses how to achieve high efficiency and coordinated development of the supply chain's upstream and downstream sectors, aiming to offer valuable reference insights for tire companies to optimize supply chain resource allocation and enhance market competitiveness.
