Ensuring Russia’s internal security (historical aspect)

Ensuring internal security in emergency situations and wartime is a specific problem that requires resolution. The statehood of the Russian Federation, the preservation of the lives of many people and the normal functioning of society largely depend on the taken decisions. It is impossible to create an effectively functioning system for ensuring internal security in Russia and stable law and order in the country without taking into account the specifics of Russia's historical path and the world experience of building such systems.
