ON SOME ISSUES OF ORGANIZING INTERACTION BETWEEN THE NATIONAL GUARD TROOPS AND THE BODIES AND UNITS OF THE RUSSIAN SECURITY FORCES IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

Concepts such as «extraordinary circumstances in the social sphere» and «interaction» are investigated. In addition, the principles of organizing the interaction of units and bodies of the national guard troops in emergency situations are considered. It has been established that the key to guaranteed success is the organization and constant maintenance of interaction with other bodies and units of the Russian security sector, which are directly involved in the prevention, suppression and elimination of the consequences of emergencies. This fact determines the specifics of the use of units (bodies) of the national guard troops in emergency situations that may arise, including during a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine.
