Компаративный анализ гражданско-правового регулирования оборота виртуальных активов в странах Содружества Независимых Государств

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the legal regulation of virtual asset circulation in the CIS countries in the context of international financial sanctions. The study examines the impact of sanction pressure on the development of alternative financial instruments, including cryptocurrencies and digital financial assets. Using a comparative legal method, the author systematizes existing regulatory models for virtual assets in global practice and classifies CIS countries according to these models. Special attention is given to the analysis of civil law aspects of regulation, approaches to determining the legal status of virtual assets, and mechanisms for their integration into economic circulation. Key trends in the development of legal frameworks in CIS countries are identified, including a gradual shift from a lack of regulation to the formation of comprehensive legal regimes. Mechanisms for minimizing the risks associated with the use of virtual assets are proposed, which is of practical value in the context of the transformation of the global financial architecture and the search for alternative tools for international settlements. Keywords: virtual assets, civil law regulation, cryptocurrency, digital financial assets, CIS, sanctions, financial law, digital economy, blockchain, legal risks, cryptocurrency regulation, comparative analysis.
