Beynəlxalq hüquq kontekstində süni intellekt - insan hüquqları və hüquqi hesabatlılıq çağırışları
The application of artificial intelligence technologies in modern legal realities encourages processes such as deep processing of personal data and profiling of individuals based on this data, which increases the risk of violating human rights, especially the right to privacy and non-discrimination. Such technological approaches increase the possibility of categorizing individuals and leading to discriminatory results contrary to the principle of equality. Therefore, the legal protection of personal data and the effective protection of human rights should be considered as an integral part of the concept of the rule of law. Moreover, artificial intelligence systems’ ability to analyze data and participate in decision-making processes can directly impact human rights and freedoms. In such cases, legal frameworks should establish regulations and principles governing artificial intelligence’s functioning and ensure oversight of the legality and fairness of the results obtained. In particular, transparency, accountability, and compliance with human rights should be regarded as key legal requirements for artificial intelligence-based decision-making. Finally, in the digital age, the rapid acquisition and analysis of personal data bring both advantages and legal and ethical risks. The advancement of information and communication technologies necessitates strengthening the protection of personal data, ensuring privacy, and reinforcing legal regulations. Additionally, discussions on the legality, ethics, and moral boundaries of artificial intelligence technologies become increasingly relevant. Consequently, artificial intelligence applications and their impact on individual rights should be regulated within the framework of national and international legal norms, ensuring a balanced approach. Keywords: artificial intelligence, international legal framework, human rights, international regulations, autonomous systems, discrimination, normative gaps, accountability, international initiatives, effective legal protection, transparency, ethical frameworks.
