Evaluation of the effectiveness of introducing the complex probiotic preparation “Florin forte” into the sterlet diet
The article presents the results of experimental cultivation of sterlet, and also evaluates the effectiveness of introducing the complex probiotic preparation Florin Forte, which is a complex of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli sorbed on activated carbon, into the diet of sturgeon fish. As a result of the conducted studies, the positive effect of the drug on the fish-breeding and biological parameters and the physiological state of the farmed fish was revealed, the dosage of the drug “Florin forte” 6 g/kg of compound feed was the most favorable for the growth and development of sterlet. The introduction of a complex drug in this dosage into the diet contributed to an increase in linear weight indicators (the absolute increase was 28.44 g, the average daily growth rate was 1.20%, the Fulton fatness coefficient was 0.31%, and the mass accumulation coefficient was 0.05), which is 9.4% higher than the values obtained in the control group. Also, the use of the complex probiotic drug Florin Forte had a positive effect on the blood parameters of sturgeon fish, expressed in an increase in hemoglobin to 54.36 g/l, total protein to 23.35 g/l, as well as in a decrease in the erythrocyte sedimentation rate to 2.3 mm/h, triglyceride concentrations to 4.78 mmol/l and cholesterol to 1.08 mmol/l. The use of the probiotic preparation “Florin forte” in the diet of sturgeon fish together with balanced food additives contributed to the improvement of the quality of the products of sturgeon fish, due to the complex effects of both the probiotic part of the drug and the sorbent carrier, which can not only improve the functioning of the intestinal tract of fish, but also help cleanse the body of metabolic products, heavy metals, radionuclides and various toxins.
