Implementation of methodological principles of martial arts training in the physical education process for high school students
The article, based on the analysis and synthesis of data from modern scientific and scientific-methodological literature, is highlighting the results of the search and implementation of effective methodological principles for teaching martial arts in the process of physical education of high school students in Ukraine. The article is distinguished by a new comprehensive approach to the formation of the personality of adolescents in the process of studying oriental martial arts, which is based on a combination of traditional methodological principles with the principles inherent in oriental philosophy. This serves as a basis for the growth of not only the physical characteristics of the younger generation, but also for improving the process of forming morality, responsibility and decency of future defenders of the country. The implementation of methodological principles for teaching oriental martial arts (and martial arts too) to adolescents aged 16-17 studying in a comprehensive school should occur in parallel in the form of the implementation of classical pedagogical principles, taking into account the specifics of these types of fighting and the age of the students. Such implementation should also take into account, at least in part, the canons of Eastern philosophy for the growth of the moral and ethical characteristics of a young person in a general philosophical sense in the learning process. Based on the identified generalized patterns of methodological principles of martial arts training, we have objective prerequisites for including martial arts in the system of physical education of high school students.
